What Westside Vetted Provides

Westside Vetted is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, vetted local tradespeople. We do not perform home services ourselves.

No Guarantees

Tradespeople listed through Westside Vetted are independent contractors, not employees. While we aim to recommend reliable professionals, we do not guarantee outcomes, pricing, or workmanship.

Any agreements for services are strictly between you and the tradesperson.

Licensing and Insurance

Some tradespeople may be licensed and insured. At this stage, Westside Vetted does not independently verify all licenses or insurance. Users are encouraged to confirm credentials directly with the tradesperson.

Limitation of Liability

Westside Vetted is not responsible for:
• The quality of work performed
• Property damage
• Delays, disputes, or service outcomes

By using our service, you agree that Westside Vetted’s role is limited to making introductions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
